The Peroulakis family originates from Xirosterni, in the province of Apokoronas, Chania. An area with a long history from which the tsikoudia was never missing.

From this history of the place but also from the love and the taste of his family for good and quality tsikoudia, the owner Ioannis Fanourios Peroulakis, was inspired to marry tradition with technology.

In new premises at his place of origin and through the careful selection of raw materials, the art and the use of state-of-the-art copper hand-held distiller certified with ISO 22000:2005 came the desired result.

Kriton Apostagma is an excellent quality tsikoudia with light flavor and rich aroma.
